    Kyocera 4800W light printing

Kyocera 4800W printing light when using autoscetch and archicad
copying is fine but printing drawings is light
Is there a driver setting to fix this.?
Can you use the Autocad HDI driver with these applications?

I haven't serviced that model yet but I do have experience with the 3650w.

If there's no difference between the two other than speed then your answer is no. You have to use Kyocera's drivers from their website.

      Thanks for that
the Cad HDI driver is supplied by Kyocera
The two applications being used are autoscetch V8 and archicad these are very old versions.
There previous plotter was Kyocera 4850 W this model printed the plans properly.
The problem when printing plans from these two apps is the coloured lines for roof pitch print very light.
You can set driver to print all black but this causes fills that shouldn't be seen to appear on the printout.
I think the issue may be in the applications themselves.
The plotter is working to specs.
Sometimes you can't convince customers that they should upgrade there apps when getting a new generation plotter>
