I have a 2nd cassette installed on this one and in my preferences of the printer i checked it off but i set the 2nd tray to legal 100% and i try to set the 1st tray to letter 100% but it makes both the same setting as the other tray. No matter if i set tray 1 to letter or legal both are set the same way. This one is on a windows 7. I updated the latest firmaware and went through the printer settings again, still the same thing. tried to change the emulation too. pclxl/kdpl/pcl5e none worked???? help appreciated. thanks

Print out a Status Page (Hold Go Button for 3 - 5 seconds). What size is registered for Cassette 2? You have to change the size settings either through Command Center if you have the IB-23 installed or through Prescribe command via USB.
