I'm sure there is some procedure for it, but resetting the counter is the same as resetting the odometer on a car...

the kyocera line has a demo mode that allows counter reset up to so many copies. ive never used it myself mybe someone else knows the details

You can reset to total counter 1 time, if it's below (I thought) 1000 copies. After that it's not possible.

MM927 if less then 1000 prints, can only be done once.
