We have newly installed one machine model TA DC2250 one month ago.


Now we got a problem that the touch screen does not functioning at all.


We off and on after that the machine gives message "Program loading" and the message doesn't go.

We tried to upgrade the Firmware but the machine did not accept.

Now error code CFB31 appears. The manual mention that OFF then ON to solve the problem but no use.

Please give us full information about this problem solving.

I would try to update the firmware first, but unfortunatley you will probally have to change out the operation tablet of the touch panel. We have tons of 5050's out there and we have had to change about 10 or 12 over the last 4 years.

We found many times that the Touch panel had to be replaced.

We experienced 3 different machines with similar trouble. So far after dismantling and refitting all connectors, the problem solved. Hope it help you the same way.
