Hi all, is there anybody experienced trouble with Kyocera FS-6025 about code 0180? It pertains to a mismatch serial number of engine and main PWB (EEPROM).
The trouble occurred during installation and never even make a single copy on it. I ran the program 004 under mode 3036 but no luck with this program. When I'm performing this program, the serial number is appearing on the lower part of the LCD and the machine is asking if I want to re-write the data, it appears that the serial is not registered yet on the EEPROM. While we have lot of new sold machines in field, I compared this program to other well known running machine but the scenario is not the same. On running machine, the serial number is positioned on the upper part of LCD and the machine has no suggestion of rewriting the data. Then I go to the next step by swapping all possible suspected items to the known running machine (engine and main pwb swapped at the same time with eeprom) but never succeeded too. The only remaining I didn't swapped are the covers, frames, and wirings. If I'm going to put the engine & main pcb with eeprom to the other machine, the trouble code 0180 is appearing there, while the good working pcb's from the other machine is not working on the main target machine. Omg, what is this trouble about!
Any advice guys... TIA
