Re: km5050
Why not record the page count when someone rents a copier. Then subtract that from the count when it is returned and bill for the difference ?
That would be easier ( and probably legal ) than resetting count each time.
Besides...changing the page count may mess up the PM counts.
Just a thought ."The Serenity Prayer" . . .
God grant me the serenity to accept stupid people , the courage to not waste my time and energy on them , and the wisdom to know that I cannot fix STUPID .Comment

Re: km5050
As I recall, you can only reset it once. So that would not suit your purpose. As posted earlier just note the current meter and base customer clicks from that. I mean, if you can roll-back a meter what would stop a customer from doing the same and cheating you from clicks?Comment

Re: km5050
It doesn't matter if you are surrounded by Kyocera dealers...rolling back meters is unethical and the only reason to do so is to lie to the customer about the previous usage of the machine and charge them more money...you are of no use here, please go awayIBM, Mita, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Kyocera, HyPAS, Canon, Oce, Samsung, HP, TEO IP PBX/Unified Communications, Comptia Network+ Comptia PDI+ CertificationsComment
