Jam 51 occurs first copy or print of the day, they clear it and it doesn't jam the rest of the day. I have replaced the exit unit, blown out the job separator.

How are they storing their paper at the customer's office? I've seen damp paper cause similar issues on several different models. Are cassette heaters being used?But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

I will try turning on the heaters, thanks for the thought. I am also going to swap the job separator to see if any effect.Comment

I have the same issue on a lot of this TA machines. First page in morning jammed in exit unit (rotary guide). 2nd is ok.
I did the Kyo Service Bulletin against this issue without succes: 3ma-0002. (changed the lower js roller)
