TaskaAlfa 500ci with Billback Advantage

A Law firm has a TaskaAlfa 500ci with Billback Advantage. Everything works fine except for one condition: If someone is logged on then all the print jobs are counted as color copy jobs. This was not a problem with the previous KM model. There is a Canon machine that does not have that problem either.
Is there any setting that will help Billback Advantage count print jobs as print jobs even when someone is logged on, please?

oh wow, they charge you for errors?

account A: B/W ok, reject colour
account B: no restriction

So when B is logged on, everyone can use colour? Does everyone have access to this account? It shouldnt.
