Have a new unit CS255c, prints fine, scanning is fine. When the customer copies some of the background does not come out in the copies. I tried the same original on 2 other color copiers and i got the same result. The only time i can get some of the background is when i increase the density to maximum. Is there a setting i can adjust or is the copier just doing what it is supposed to with the background?
