FS-2020 with Problem Service Call 4200

Hello,

I have a Problem with my Printer FS 2020.
The Service Call 4200 is the Laser units not OK, but in this case, the Laser Unit is OK.
I have more Printers with the same Symptom. My Problem is, I don't find the defect??
Can you help me?

Have you up-dated the firmware ?
Have you checked the wiring harness ?
Have you checked the voltages ?
Have you replaced with a KNOWN GOOD laser ?
Try the above and if you get still get the error , you may need to replace the Main or the Engine board.

You can see the Event log from Printer.
The Problem is from time to time.

I checked the wiring harness --> OK
I checked the voltages --> OK
Have you replaced with a KNOWN GOOD laser ? No, the Laser is new and OK 100%
You have a Idee of my Problem ?

If you are a Certified Tech ; you can just download the firmware from Kyocera .
