ok first, thanks agian for all input.
2nd....wow this is nuts.....just went in again right clickd device, chose authentication settings, logged in with Admin Admin..it took the password, i did not change anything on the settings page but just closed the window, went back to the address book and it let me in straight away without asking for pword....shocked, i tried another device and repeated the same thing with the same result!!!! all now working......wow this is strange, but hell i am not going to look a gift horse in the mouth (unless she ask's real nice)
