KM-4820W printing Blank Pages.

Dear Friends,

i installed new KM-4820W(Plotter).this is the first machine that we installed.after installing we made test prints and copies it works fine but after 10 minutes machine start printing blank pages(A1) size.and continue printing blank.we switch off the machine and on but still printing blank until Paper roll finish.we made HDD Reset .machine started working normal but same after few minutes starting blank pages.


Any Idea?

Be careful if you got this F16,then you have to save yourself by jumping through parachute only......
