Taskalfa 3500i fitted with PF740

Hi all,
Has anyone experienced paper jams from tray 3 or 4 on PF740 or PF 730, i have had problems with one way clutch fitted to paper feed shaft on both trays on a machine 2 months old, the machine is fitted with PF740.

Thanks for the info,
but the particular problem we have with one PF740 is that both of one way clutches fitted
to paper feed shaft have failed. We have tried cleaning to no avail have pinched a new one from a new PF cab problem solved.
The jam codes were J0523 & J0524.
Machine is two months old with 80K
We have no part no for this part as yet just waiting for reponse from tech support.
Just seemed a bit worring that both clutches have failed.

Had the same issue on a 1 Month Old machine, Had to replace the PF740, I had already replaced all BOards and Electrical parts, I warrantied the PF740 all was good.

I'm looking that way also .. however my issue is the tray 3 (right hand tray ) lifts and then drops slightly , the machine sees the tray as ready however jams and fails to feed . giving j0253.

I'm not sure this is clutch related but its not the following items as I've changed them:

PAPER LIFT MOTOR
THE TRAY
THE FEED STATION.

Anyone any thoughts ???

Unfortunately not first thing I checked ....

Thinking about replacing the feed unit as it contains the sensors etc , if that fails the PCB on the rear of the main unit. Cheers.
