Ive been finding that the stacking guides are set a bit tight from factory. There is a adjustment procedure in the finisher manual. the guides tend to buckle the paper keeping it from falling into place. Causes intermittant jams and missed paper during stapling.

Thanks for the info. Friend just asked me about this problem, but I have not seen it yet.
