Duplex Jamming any experiences , this little machine is a real pain to put apart as we have only one, it is hard to exchange parts to eliminate.

Single sided all day long.

Tray 1 Separation tyre (not worn out) yet causing missfeeds, how ..I honestly don't know... but I sorted the problem by changing it with Tray 2 separation for now. And it works like a champ. PLUS it does not misfeeds from Tray 2 ? 8O

Have seen clutch cause that, middle one of 3 in clutch pack

Be careful when you do it. I've had to replace one of them before and the way it's wired can allow for some pinched wires when you're reassembling.

Hi< may sound silly but check if the black plastic duplex guide is there? underneath the printer. I had one where the customer forgot to mention that it broke and they chucked it out. I had to go back with the part. this was jamming every duplex page.

Clutches are really rusty and I am sure that was the main cause.!!
