    Copy star cs-1820 no boot

I have a cs-1820 with a status job cancel light screen says Kyocera and
Main power light machine will not get past this no matter what I do. I have reseated memory and printer SIMM also checked all the board connections and reseated them. Still no dice. Has anyone seen this issue any ideas as to wich board I need too send to board repair.

Sd or compact flash short PCMCI card old school. I put four of these under maintenance I'll flash all of them. This is same as Kyocera 1820 flash correct?

Unless the machine can boot you usually will not be able to flash it. If this is the case the SMD Flash chip will need to be removed and re-flashed on a rom burner.

I have the same problem. How do you update the firmware? How do you even update the firmware using a SDcard?

              Thanks
