[Error Code] FS-1128 MFP

hey guys/gals i have an FS-1128 MFP in the field saying replace Process Unit but it only have 30k on it, the inside is nice and clean nothing extra in there, whats causing this and what can i do to correct it.

I believe that the waste toner is collected in the drum assy. If it is full or in a bind the replace drum message will show.

Maybe some waste toner is blocking the waste toner transport. Give the process unit a good shake and try again.

I usually open the drum unit (at rear it has two plastic covers that you can heasily remove) and all times find lots of toner rocks inside to remove for empty the space for waste toner.

sim 251 will clear counter,somebody has set this to trip at 30k,its usuallly 150k before you have to change drum/ process kit.usually when waste needs emptied from drum it c7990 error code
