No Duplex Option

Hi I've got a Kyocera Taskalpha 3500i,brand new machine which does not have the dble to dble sided option available, single to double is The machine has the dual pass ADF on. Is this is memory HDD issue?

The 1G memory dimm must be added when you install that DP
