Most likely Main Charge Unit is faulty.

The CHARGE ROLLER ASSY or also called MAIN CHARGE UNIT. The roller that charges the drum? Open top cover, remove the DV-Unit, open left cover, remove waste toner bottle, pull out the drum, remove charge roller from the drum, clean it with water or replace it. Place all parts back in the machine in reverse order.

If you don't know what a charge unit is you probably shouldn't be working on the machine....

For all with same problem, just take out charger unit, clean the wire/walls with alcohol...Worked for me.
