HI Guys,

I need help I got a Error Code 7101.
It refer to the Toner Senor Error,TA 4500i the new machine only 15 copy.
Somebody knous how to solve this issue

I have had this issue before. Take the whole Toner Supply section off. Once you have done that, take the grey cover of the Toner Supply. There are sensors which need to be cleaned do too toner or dusting. Do that and the machine should come to ready.

Does it have the latest firmware. There was a bull about the error 7101.
