[Misc] Kyocera 5500i folds sheet when stapling df 770

Very intermitant ( 1 in a thousand pages ) One sheet in middle of stapled set will be flipped over as entering staple position. Results in sheet folded in half and upside down like lead edge hit something folding it over .It staples fine and exits without jamming . Anybody seen this ? I have about 30 of these machines and they all do it .

I remember some of the older machines doing that due to excessive curling out of the fuser. Burs on the paper guides would be another thing to check...
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

I had an issue like this and when I talk to tech support he had asked me when I screwed in the tiny screw for the bridge unit that slides in and out if it had any sort of resistance....which I believe it did.....then told me to take out the AK and reinstall it as something wasn't sitting in there just right...so I did that and haven't had the issue.....so just another reason to hate these cheap crappy AK's
