copystar cs 2550 access control reset

Had some IT Stooge setup access control on machine and now I can't access comand station.
I can't find anything in the book to reset it and the Stooge can't remember the range that he set.
Is there anyway to reset the nic to let me back in?

I can print, but need to reset the scan to email for their new service.
Can anyone help.

Prescribe commands with kmnetviewer

!R! ACNT "REST"; EXIT;

OR

!R! EGRE; EXIT;

!R! SIOP0, RESET:0; EXIT;

If I remembered right. If a copystar is the same as a KM-2550. I think so.
