    TaskAlfa 4500i... Error C9500

    I have a problem with TA 4500i. When I copy or scan machine stopped with error C9500. Service manual says " C9500 Contact the Service Administrative Division".
    Configuration : TA 4500i + DP771+ 1Gb additional ram for DP771. Firmware pack v 3.03 from february 2012 IMAG0019.jpg

    That means contact your Kyocera tech support. I would reinstall eproms and dimms, try firmware again.
