CS 6500i.... J0524 Codes

Hi All..
Have a 6500i in a school , 190 K on the clock with a lot (200) of J0524 jam codes. Going out for the first time to troubleshoot and its a long drive.
Any thoughts or a heads up for a fix? I don't want to go in blind.

Clean or replace if need be the feed tires for cassette 3 is probably the issue. I have a 5500i that was getting quite a few of these. The feed tires were covered in paper dust. Also the engineer who designed this feed system should be punched in the face. 4 screws to take off the side cover, remove the side door, a connector, and 2 more screws to get the assembly out.

The new pulleys are black instead of gray, suppose to last longer

Make sure you have a black springs under all white pulleys, the earlier versions of machines had the silver and the black with less tension are the MOD..

AND BLACK RUBBER TYRES FOR SURE!!
