    Toner Recall..........

Any thoughts on Kyoceras' toner recall? Recalling toner for just "dusting" seems a little extreme for Kyocera...

I wouldn't call it a recall. It's more like a toner mod. But yeah, you can get the new style toner as a free replacement if you send back the old style toner.
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

I know technically its not a recall, however when they are willing to exchange all the toner for new ...it makes you wonder.

According to the bulletin the old toner only has dusting issues in high coverage/high volume applications, but who knows?

What bulletin is it? Would save a lot of time for me rather that searching knowledge base for hours :-)
