Dear, i have problem with kyocera km 6030,when it starts multiple copy,machine heat up.i have pulled out the drum heat sensor out side the machine with a connected cable.but the problem a bit better.kindly tell me the solution how to adjust it.

You could try reducing the fuser temperature. I have lowered some by 15 degrees farenheit with no problems as far as toner fusing to the paper. Just make sure you let the machine cool down a bit before running test copies and rub the print to make sure it doesn't smear.

What do you mean, it heats up? Where do you feel the heat with your hand?

Clean filters, check fans, replace fuser. The machine should shut down with C-Code if dangerously hot. Any codes in the history?
