[Error Code] Fs6025 kyocera original toner not recognzed

Hello everybody
my fs6025 kyocera recognizes original toner anymore
so it asks me everytime to put original toner in
even if there is already full original toner
i changed engine e main and put several original toner and developer unit
updated firmware al 0050015 of march 2012
someone can help me ?

I am having a FS6025 box which has done only 30K an now displays "Replace the toner container with the specified container ....blah blah blah...........

I am installing only original container. Some one told me it may be Engine board defect ??

Any ideas ?

Hi and thanks for your post...

If the machine is not accepting your original toner, then i must assume that you have uploaded firmware for a different brand i.e UTAX/Copystar etc...

Log into service mode 10871087, and go to 265 ( i think) Set model destination and change it.

I think Kyocera is Model 14 so change to 14, close out of service mode and reboot..
Let me know how you get on

My co workers done this and the same thing happened, and we use UTAX branded machine and when we try use Kyocera toner it wont accept till we change the model destination

all thrend reply are good but, if you have other engine or main board to swap that answer to your problem?
