[Error Code] TASKalfa 250ci/300ci error code C2810

Hi,
I have got an error code C2810 on TA250ci and TA300ci. I changed wast toners motors and engines PWB, because the two was damaged. It's very expensive. So now I get the same error code with 3rd machine TA300ci. I want to know if there is a service bulletin about this problem and if yes, somebody can help me with it please? best regards.
