6500i with a C2550 code

this has been an ongoing problem the first time i went out i checked the transfer belt assy to see if it was binding or hard to rotate but it was fine, so i ended up reseating the connectors on the junction board and the machine came up and was fine for a couple weeks came back up so i ordered a junction board worked for a couple months and today the same code pops up. Has anyone seen this before and knows the fix because tech support (yeah thats what KM calls it but not what I call it) sure .

we had the same issue on the 6500i. we replaced the transfer belt assembly and it works fine.
