    C610 on a Mita 1860

This is a code for the fuser not heating up if I'm not mistaken. I checked the lamp, the thermistor, the conections, and everything else in the fuser and I'm fairly certain that the fuser itself isn't the problem. There's no evidence of the fuser heating up at all after start up and when I cheated the side door to see if the lamps turn on at all, It appeared they did not. Intravia mentions that the only other thing it could be is the main board. How can I be certain that the problem is with the board? Any thoughts/suggestions on this are greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.
    O.o

Did you enter service mode and reset the fuser code?
It is dead until you reset it.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

I looked through everything the Intravia book had to say and couldn't find any mention of a reset. That would make sense though. Would you mind telling me the reset procedure?

AFAIK, the analog devices did not have a sim 163 or anything similar to reset fuser error codes. Two digit service mode on these. This is what Mita says to do.

Sorry, I forgot to respond to this. I didn't think they had a reset. It ended up being some bad solder connection on the PS board. Thanks for the response though.
