    2630 is not a great model for them.
    Is firmware current? also does it have newer style dev units all colors?
    Installed new corona units?
    Also have you clean the led heads?

        This firmware ver. is the best for toner saving.
        If you use older or newer firmwares the machine fill up the waste toner box very fast.
