Getting multiple jams in exit section, single or duplex, would run ok if manually lifting switchback section guide. Replaced solenoid. No change. Found spring did not have enough tension to lift switchback correctly. Replaced with higher tension spring (used red spring from 6030/8030 drawers - same length) and tested operation - ok.
