Helpfull to you about touch km-xx50

Work in a company that buys machinery "Kyocera Mita", do maintenance on the machines and sold as semi-new.

We were trying to problems with the Touch of the panels for the KM-3050, KM-4050 and KM-5050, we purchased 10 new Touch panels to put in, we managed to get sevenpanels to work, then we realize that not all panels were problems in touchs.
We cleanup of all the panels, after several tests had no positive result, some touchscalibrated up, but after I hung up and turned on the machine again, he would not calibrated.

One day I decided to do without much hope a "Downgrade", all panels were with the latest firmware:
    Version 2.45a
So I did a downgrade to:
    Version 2.04c

The touch is working again perfectly, so I ventured to upgrade to version 2.45a again. And there were no problems, is a tip for those who have the same problem in the future.

Sorry for bad english, I had to use google translate.

I have learned anytime you replace a panel on one of these machines it is always a good idea to reflash firmware.
