[Error Code] FS-2020D Error F050

Hi All

I have a Kyocera FS-2020D printer in the workshop with a F050 error, i have done some resarch and it seems that it requires a firmware upgrade but i can't find one.
We mainly work on HP machines and dont have access to Kyocera manuals and support, can someone please point me in the right direction.

service manual will not fix this problem, only firmware
