[Misc] Copystar CS-5050, slow processing of funtions or printing delays or frozen (no print)

Has anyone seen a CS5050 that runs with slow proceesing of key board changes or when receiving prints it hangs in the printer and requires shut down with main rocker switch to get print print to come out. Is it hard drive, firmware or something else (memory?). I hope some one can help with this challenge. Thanks

Km5050 random hangup on print

I have a Km5050 doing similar. Randomly hangs on print. Shows ”processing” and they have to power off and back on. Has anyone figured this one out??
