my xi 8020 is not feeding the original when you make a copy, it feeds the original slightly then when the paper roll starts to feed , the original doesnt feed,only started after the client used a blower to bow spilled toner, cleaned original detection sensors no change

check the clutches of the original feeder, otherwise turn the rollers manually and try again. maybe u get an error code from the original feed motor

What are the jam code's? if it is J9000 then check this bulletin.

no such codes in xi-8020. it is not fs. it is wide format. jam should be j-005

ooppss was in FS mode, as just saw the bulletin before I posted while looking for something else!
