Hi All
I have a ta250ci machine with 900 copies on it called out today for jamming in the exit section.I watched the machine jam every copy it feeds paper from fuser into the exit section which is not turning causing jam.
I have swapped over whole exit assy and also swapped fuser unit.The exit rollers can be driven with sim 30 and all sensors appear ok in sim 31.
The rollers are free to turn just not being told to rotate.

The machine jams with all paper from all trays a4 a3 etc.

Any ideas someone must have had this on a saturn b4

Just experienced something similar on a 300ci. There is a bulletin for this problem that involves a firmware upgrade that starts the motor earlier, and some mechanical changes made to gear shafts and the rotary guide switching gear. Check for the bulletins on KDA connect. Also, even if you do have the new style shafts, get the crummy, gummy factory grease they put on them and replace with a drop or two of light lubricant.
