[Misc] scanning

I have a fsc-2626. The unit was scanning smb with no issue. The client switched the router to a verizon router and now it will not scan. If i direct connect to the machine it works. What should i be looking for in the router, i feel the router is the issue at hand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check IP-Settings in the machine. IP-adress, Subnet Mask, Gateway, DNS-server. Check the IP-range of the router. Could be that the router is using a different IP-range.
