Hello, I'm trying to get our Kyocera 6500i machine to offset print. On the copier configuration screen, I've set the default function to offset and collate. All print jobs are being sent to output tray B, which is the document finisher tray. If a document is copied, then the offset works correctly. However, print jobs will not offset. Any ideas? Thank you!

Try going into the system and switch the print mode off and redownload the software and you can configure the rest from there.The secrete of staying young is to live honestly, eat slowly and lie about your age..... No man is so poor as to have nothing worth giving.
