Well, techs in my company are willfully kept in the dark on pricing details, but
desktop MFPs
I really like the Bizhub 20. B/W machine, it's actually a Brother product. Solid as a rock.
Only drawbacks are networking: non-email scanning requires too many steps (no one-touch) and SMB is either going to work or not (poor error diagnostics) and the web-gui is complicated.
Kyocera 1028/1128/1135 is also a great machine. No networking issues, beautiful web-gui. Drum/Developer are easily replaced, fuser is a struggle to replace, but not in a bad way, just takes longer than it should because of some poorly placed connectors.
Full Size MFPs.
Anyone who worked on Kyocera 2530-5050 knows they were the best. But those days are gone.
Right now, I only work on full size Konicas. They will be quiet for the first 100,000 then all bets are off.
