    [Misc] FS-C 2126

    We have a huge problem with the 2126 copiers... ours keeps on saying toner empty... we keep on filling the developer units manually we already replaced the units but it keeps on saying add toner (K) (M) the toners are full 3 copiers doing this please help

          I have the exact same problem with one (K and M). Have gone through your same troubleshooting steps and also changed toner motors - no luck. I just brought the unit to our office and plan to take a look at the rack system on the right-hand side. I'll let you know if I find anything.

              We have this problem with the TA250ci-500ci series. The fix was to replace the board the developer plugs into. You might want to start at the same place on your machines.

                      SS, can you post a link? I don't see the bulletin you mention. Thanks!

                      In my case, it is the rack system on the left. Haven't nailed down the culprit yet, but the left rack is not engaging M or K when the cover is closed.

                          try this,had the add toner problem on a recent installation and this bulletin helped

                              Check a related post ... regarding gears on top cover... not opening toner doors completely...sorry I'm new .. and don't know how to link it... but it is on this forum.... hope this helps

                                  Are you running the latest firmware. If so check your transfer unit, we had a broke toner auger so the toner never got to the devo units.
