    8000I WITH J41xx

feeding from Drawer 5 (hi cap) will run anywhere from 10 to 500 copies before jamming, checked feed rollers, cleaned sensors, no change. Test in Drawer 3 same issue, did not test other drawers but assuming same results. Error pointing to the loop sensor, paper not getting to loop sensor as it is stopping about 1 inch thru the registration roller. Since we had just recently put the upgrade kit in this machine, took the additional bar/mylar off the registration plate to test, no change. I have ordered a new sensor, but looking to see if anyone else has seen this

I had a similar issue with a 4550ci jams at loop sensor. I had to polish the vertical feed clutches the wear patterns on the plates were uneven so it would suggest poor contact causing slip

No, I havent replaced anything yet, have sensor and rollers on order to be replaced, though I dont believe the feed section is the problem since more than 1 drawer have exact same results....
