    Driver issues

I'm running v5.3.1025 & I'm having duplexing issues in relation to Windows 7.(Printserver = Win2k8 R2).The thing is on the server, the doc is set to automatically duplex;however, there's smart duplexing under Device settings>>PDL>>PCL XL>>settings. This option enables the MFD to recognize 1 page docs from the rest.

So far, with XP,no issues but Windows 7,Equitrac & the print driver are detecting single page documents as double sided & the MFD is printing it the same way thus a double charge to the user!
I've tried switching PDL modes(PCL XL & KPDL) to no avail.

    Any experience on this?

    Hi try this,

Properties of print driver then goto 'Advanced' tab, check 'print directly to printer'.

It worked for us, in a win 7 environment and citrix.

If you encounter features on the printer not sticking under windows 7, uncheck ignore application collation.
