cs-4035 jam 61

I am currently working on a 4035 and keep getting a jam 61 on drawers 2 and 4, but only in portrait style while duplexing. i have changed the feed section from cassette 1 to cassette 2 same issue in cassette 2. if i run in landscape then no jams. i have changed the clutch for cassette 2. i have also cleaned the exit section one way clutch and shaft. It spits about 4 pages out then 2 pages with data on the front side of one page and the rear side of the other.
