    Kyocera 5250DN Color Printer

I have a customer with Kyocera 5250DN printer, the problem that I have is, they are printing a Word document and when they send it to the Kyocera there is a line that is missing. Also, the date (ex: 18 & 19)
the bottlom part of the 18 & is missing. They printed this document to another printer that is a Samsung and it printed out fine. I am thinking that this might be a print driver problem. If so, what do I do to resolve this issue?

What operating system are they using ?
What driver are they using ?
Is this USB or network interface ?
    What is the emulation ?
Does the 5250 have extended memory ?
Is this sent through a print server driver or from a PC driver ?

Check and reload the proper driver ( try the KX driver for that operating system, either 32 or 64 bit ) .
If this is on a print server, load the driver onto the PC .
Check to be sure the emulation on the printer and the driver match.
If you do have extended memory, check the RAM disk settings .

    Good luck .........
