BF730 wrinkles letter Bi-folds

Good evening, we are a new dealer and have placed 3- DF790 with BF730. All wrinkle letter bi-folds,not trifolds or ledger. We have many folders on other manufacturers and have no problems with the same paper.
Any suggestions?

I have a call open with tech support,they say there are no reports of problems.

I had one wrinkling because the finisher was not aligned properly

Our rep saw issue before and had the answer. The blade that pushes up on middle of paper can be installed upside down (depending on region), flip it 180 degrees and it will be fixed!
