Re print quality on a Fsc 2626

    Hi all

Have recently installed a new fsc 2626 and had a call out for print quality only. Customer used to have a ricoh colour 1224c and when the same letter is printed to the new machine quality is far lighter than what he was getting. If however i take a copy of the original the blacks are a lot denser. I have tried the different drivers and different settings such as emulation etc but to no avail. Was wondering if anyone could help. Find attached examples of what i mean. 1 is the copy of the print out from the last machine and the second is a print on the new machine.

in the driver you can adjust printing density, also there is setting to print text as black.

Hi, Have a look in the sys/menu/service settings and see if you have the option for MC try adjusting that for main charge.

How does your color belt look? I think it is called test page on these.
