I have seen a few issues with the fusers, creasing/poor fusing, tried adjustments but ended up replacing the fuser in the end to resolve.

as promised. original fuser now being replaced by a full pm kit as its making a noise. And before anyone says its dirty etc. Its had various drums, dev units and feed rollers at different stages and its a dirty warehouse doing labels 24/7. in a single 12 hour shift any one machine can do 20k. For a basic printer to do labels 24/7, 7 days a week, 364 days a year and doing over its life cycle. Is there any other machine that can put up with this abuse?

Laser printers with solid heat rollers will not do envelopes. Tell your salesperson to buy the customer a Seiko Label Printer.
