    Copystar CS-1815 Firmware update

    Hi,

How I could update the firmware for a Copystar CS-1815.
I'm getting a C0220 problem and some forums said that first update the firmware.
Error appears sporadically with no pattern at all. I turn it on and the machine works, after a while the error appears.

    Any help will be appreciated.

You should be able to sign in to KDA and download the most recent version of the "frimware"

Does upgrade the firmware could help to eliminate the c0220 error code?
Some other Forums recommend to update first before change any Board.

It's Kyocera's homepage... if you use your Kyocera log-in, you can have access to firmware, manuals, print drivers, etc...

If you don't have access to the site, you'll have to find someone that will give you the products needed or you will have to purchase them.
