Copystar CS 305 replace toner error

This copier is less then 1 year old, used only original Kyocera toner, try to replace the toner with 2 new original toners and still get the error "replace toner cartridge with original", any experience with this problem? There is no error number only the message.
I have the manual, and i suspect the RFID (RFPWB) board is the problem, even so I have 3.3v (pin4 yc12 EPWB).
The container switch (tcsw) operate normally, the toner lock sensor (tcls) give me only 1.8v instead of 3.3v (pin12 yc12 EPWB) but I guess that it will tell me that the toner locked not to replace the cartridge.
How do you get to the RFPWB, (not in my manual)?
    Thanks.
